Home Stay Instructions for Customers

Welcome to our Home Stay ! We want to ensure that your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review the following instructions and guidelines.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In: Check-in time is [ 24*7]. Upon arrival, please provide your identification and any required documents. We will guide you to your designated room and provide you with any necessary information.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 12:30 PM. We kindly request that you vacate the room by the designated time. Late check-out may be subject to additional charges unless prior arrangements have been made.

House Rules:

Respect: We kindly request that you respect our property, other guests, and our neighbors. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
Smoking: Please use the designated smoking areas outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays.
Visitors: For security and privacy reasons, we ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to have any visitors during your stay.
Damages: Any damages caused to the property or its belongings during your stay will be your responsibility. Please report any damages or accidents to us immediately.

Facilities and Amenities:

Wi-Fi: If Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. Please ask us for the access details upon check-in.
Kitchen and Dining Area: If you have access to a shared kitchen or dining area, please clean up after yourself and keep the area tidy for other guests to use.
Laundry: If laundry facilities are available, please follow the provided instructions and be considerate of other guests’ needs.
Safety: Please familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. In case of an emergency, contact us immediately.

Privacy and Security:

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your stay. Please take care of your valuables and ensure that your room is securely locked when you leave.
Key/Card: If provided with a key or access card, please keep it secure and return it to us upon check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/cards may incur replacement charges.

Pool Guidelines:

Pool Safety: The safety of our guests is of utmost importance. To prevent accidents and injuries, please follow these guidelines:

Children under the age of 1-12 Year must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Non-swimmers and inexperienced swimmers should wear appropriate flotation devices.
Running, diving, or rough play in and around the pool area is strictly prohibited.
Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. Please use the designated shower area.
Guests with open wounds or contagious illnesses are not allowed in the pool.
Pool Furniture and Equipment:
Please use pool furniture and equipment responsibly and refrain from moving or tampering with them.
Return any borrowed pool toys or equipment to their designated storage area after use.
Noise and Respect:
Be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.
Respect the pool rules and instructions provided by the resort staff.

Campfire Guidelines:

Campfire Locations: Campfires are only permitted in designated areas. Please adhere to the specified campfire locations.

Fire Safety:

Do not start a campfire if there are fire restrictions in effect or during windy conditions.
Ensure that the campfire is a safe distance away from trees, buildings, and other flammable materials.
Never leave the campfire unattended and always extinguish it completely before leaving the area.

Firewood:

Use only the firewood provided by the resort. Do not bring in wood from outside sources to prevent the spread of pests and diseases.

Campfire Etiquette:

Keep the campfire size manageable and avoid excessive smoke that may disturb other guests.
Use fire pits or designated fire rings for the campfire and refrain from building new fire pits.

Safety Precautions:

Keep a bucket of water or a fire extinguisher nearby in case of emergencies.
Supervise children and ensure they maintain a safe distance from the campfire.
